Metric VBT has an exercise list of almost 200 different exercises, with 60 of these being velocity trackable.

If you can’t find the exercise you like, or want to further segment your lifts with custom variations, you can do so by creating your own custom named exercises, suitable for both manual entry and velocity tracking.

Creating custom exercises

To create an exercise open the exercise list from within an active workout or the template builder and press + Create new exercise at the top of the list. From here you can enter a name, select an exercise type and then, if the exercise type is barbell, you can also select to toggle on velocity tracking or not. All exercise names must be unique.

You cannot currently edit or remove custom exercises from the app, so be sure to accurately spell the name of your custom exercises and choose the correct categorisation.
